1.Can it protect my artificial grass when using a low fire pit ?
Depends on the size of your fire pit but yes probably. It’s pretty thick so the grass under the mat would certainly be fine.
2.Will this work with cast iron chiminea?
No reason why not - it’s a good size and robust enough to catch sparks from most chimineas I would think.
3.Can it be used on deck with coal bbq trolley
It works OK for me
4.Does this mat really protect the ground?
Previously we had burn marks on the boards underneath our barbecues, with this mat it prevents direct contact between the burning material and the ground.
5.Can this be used on artificial grass to put the bbq or fire pit on top of it?
I’ve used it once on artificial grass and it was great
